When you connect to ST3PR for the first time, the app starts tracking your steps from that day onward. ST3PR calculates rewards based on past days, usually going back up to 7 days—but only for days after you first connected. This means you won’t see rewards for steps taken before your initial connection. Keep stepping, and rewards will start appearing soon!

chevron-rightThe step count is different between the Apple Watch, Apple Health, and Withings Apphashtag

The Withings App and Apple Health use different algorithms to calculate the number of steps. The number of steps indicated by the Withings App and Apple Health may therefore be different. To provide a step count as accurate as possible, Withings App gathers step data in this order: Withings trackers, Apple Watch, iPhone, and then steps exported to Apple Health by other apps.
